Refund / Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some items, such as digital goods or custom products, may be exempt from returns.

2. Timeframe

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
