3. AI Voice Assistant ("Jessica")

When you call our phone number, your call may be answered by our AI voice assistant, Jessica. Jessica collects your name, phone number, and the nature of your inquiry to route your message to our team. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. You may request a human representative at any time during the call.

4. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receiving follow-up SMS text messages and emails from Rox Vegas Cloud regarding your inquiry and project. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may unsubscribe from emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.We use trusted service providers (such as our CRM platform, payment processor, and hosting provider) to deliver our services, and they only receive the minimum information necessary to perform their functions.
